The mill is a very special accommodation, with a lot of charm. We stayed there with our 10-year-old son, and were all very impressed. Like staying in a museum. The furnishing fits the building well, and chosen with a loving eye. The staircase is steep, and the bathroom is small – but we knew we didn’t book a modern loft. It’s a mill and we thought these things actually spoke to the atmosphere of the building. The garden and the location of the mill are both a dream. Directly on the harbor, on the dyke close to the town, yet despite that a very quiet romantic retreat. Better is not possible, we’d love to come back.

Glowing and sparkling kids‘ eyes, as well as a child’s dream come true for the adults, this mill is a high light and for us it was the perfect spot for a few beautiful days. With the charm from times long past and a functional interior, the mill offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. Great location, nice beaches nearby and a very beautiful little town center to walk through.

For anybody looking for a breath of fresh air, the mill is the perfect choice. We can only recommend it.

This holiday cottage is an absolute must! The location is beautiful, and the cottage is very cozy. It had everything that made our stay enjoyable. The entire check-in process was also very well arranged. We had a fantastic weekend!

Adorable holiday cottage in truly picturesque location on the harbor and directly under the old historic mill. We had a very nice time, slept in comfortable beds directly below the sloping roof and ate outside with the views over the marina. We spent time on the beaches in the immediate vicinity (our favorite was Burgh Haamstede), went snorkeling and climbed trees. Brouwershaven has a lot to offer, and the Spar supermarket sells anything you may need. Perhaps you will also find the little box in one of the small streets where fresh eggs are sold. The owners are super friendly – we really enjoyed our first ever vacation in the Netherlands and will definitely come back!
